North Ferriby v Rushall Olympic

Ferriby will be looking to gain a third successive victory when they entertain newly promoted Rushall Olympic at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium. Rushall are based near Walsall and this will be the first time the two clubs have met.

 Rushall are as yet unbeaten with two wins and two draws and are two points ahead of The Villagers.

Ferriby gained a hard-fought and well deserved victory over Stocksbridge on Wednesday. The Villagers were a goal down at half-time but showed their characteristic spirit to score twice in the second half to clinch the points.

Manager John Anderson commented, "I'm pleased that we have got back-to-back wins." Ferriby gave a more assured performance against Stocksbridge. Anderson and his Assistant Manager Justin Whittle, know that winning is often about confidence and attitude.

The match against Rushall is the first of two Bank Holiday weekend matches. The Villagers travel to Worksop Town on Bank Holiday Monday for a 3.00pm kick-off. Worksop have returned to their old ground at Sandy Lane in the town.
