Manager Billy Heath comments,
"We are looking forward to the City game. It's a chance to play in front of a large crowd and there will be a terrific atmosphere inside the ground. The players look forward to playing full-time professional sides; as individuals it is something that they have all aspired to themselves. We are under no illusions as to how difficult a game it will be but the players will certainly be up for it.
"We looked impressive in the first half against Barton and could have been more than two ahead at the interval. It was obviously a different game in the second half when we fielded a totally different eleven in order to give playing time to the whole squad."
Heath is likely to use fewer players against City. Even so, he is likely give playing time to most of his squad.
Jonathan D'Laryea and Dean Lisles are both unavailable as they recover from surgery.
NFU's probable squad : Adam Nicklin, Antoni Pecora, Dean Lisles, Paul Robson, Nathan Peat, Gregg Anderson, Sam Belcher, Matt Wilson, Liam King, Russell Fry, Danny Clarke, Ben Hunter, Jamie Yates, Ryan Kendall, Louis, Kirk, Danny Hone, Nathan Jarman, Anthony Wilson, Louis Bruce, Tim Taylor
