Frickley Athletic v NFU (Evo Prem)

Tuesday 22nd  November 7.45pm

Evostik Northern Premier League Premier Division
Frickley Athletic v North Ferriby United

Ferriby travel to South Elmsall to play Frickley Athletic in an Evostik League Premier Division Match on Tuesday.

For management duo Bill Heath and Bobby Carroll it means a return to a club they previously managed for a number of seasons.

Frickley are currently on 23 points, the same as Ferriby but have a better goal difference. Frickley lost at Marine on Saturday after conceding two late goals.

Ferriby Manager Billy Heath pleased with the point that The Villagers gained at Stafford Rangers on Saturday. A heavy and somewhat uneven surface made it difficut for Ferriby to play their usual passing game but the team fully deserved their point with a goo all-round performance.

Heath said' "I suppose a draw was a fair result in the end. Either team could have won. They perhaps had slightly clearer chances than us but we had a greater share of the play."

Frickley's pitch is not one of the best in the league and, as at Stafford, it will negate Ferriby's passing-game to some extent.  It will be another testing night for The Villagers but with their form and confidence both on a high. They will expect to come back with at least a point.

There appeared to be no injury issues after the match so Heath should again have his full squad to choose from.

Probable Ferriby Squad: Steve Wilson, Adam Nicklin, James Williams, Kevin Larvin,  Ben Morley, Nathan Peat, Paul Foot, Matty Plummer, Oliver Fisher, Greg Wright, Sam Denton, Chris Bolder, Peter Davidson, Paul Harsley, Russell Fry, Gary Bradshaw, Alex Davidson, Danny Clarke, Luke Thompson, Wayne Brooksby,
